Job Summary
Senior Associate within Consumer and Community Banking Risk Cards Strategic Analytics, responsible for building, modifying, and maintaining data quality and strategy execution controls to ensure production results adhere to regulatory requirements and meet expectations. Generate analytics and recommendations for strategy development, implementation, and ongoing controls; report findings and coordinate information for audits; strengthen controls, improve operational efficiencies, and enhance the customer experience by analyzing data across underwriting, portfolio management, and collections, identifying, evaluating, and leveraging complex internal and external data to develop analytical solutions that enhance risk strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Statistics, Econometrics, Operations Research, Mathematics, or equivalent quantitative field
- Strong SAS, R, Python, and SQL programming skills; advanced Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Consulting, Data Analytics, Risk Strategy, or related Financial Analysis
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to clearly present analytical findings, make business recommendations, and prepare executive-level communications
- High degree of initiative, self-direction, and project management skills to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
- Proven ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships
- Intellectual curiosity and attention to detail with a proven ability to learn quickly
