Job Summary
Composes correspondence, reports, and complex documents while prioritizing internal and external communications. Manages administrative workflows including invoice processing, filing systems, and meeting logistics. Responds to broker requests, submits insurance renewals, and tracks student accidents, claims, and deductible payments. Maintains records of properties, vehicles, and leased assets, and coordinates with legal counsel regarding subpoenas. Collaborates with staff to ensure policies meet insurer and grantor requirements. Requires an associate degree or high school diploma with 1-3 years of business and compliance experience. Full-time on-site role with occasional evening shifts and weekend work.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree with 1-3 years of experience in business and compliance administration
- High School diploma or GED with 5-7 years of experience in business and compliance administration
- Must be age 21 or older
- Must possess or be able to obtain a Florida driver's license
- Driving record that meets RCMA's insurance carrier requirements
- Must be willing to travel locally and statewide for work-related tasks, or attend trainings, as needed
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours, occasional evenings, and varying daytime shifts during weekdays, and some weekend work is required
- Ability to collaborate effectively with staff, families, professionals, and community partners
- All candidates selected for employment are required to successfully complete a Level 2 fingerprint-based background screening
Desired Qualifications
- Work experience in nonprofit organizations
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience with organizing records and basic insurance needs
