Risk Management Specialist

Conduct internal control activities for cash management processes and D.Lgs. 231/01 compliance, collaborating on document preparation for the Office of the Statutory Auditor. Support the Security Office and external anti-money laundering audit functions by coordinating information flows and managing risk assessment updates. Create security policies and procedures while monitoring KPIs and KRIs to analyze anomalies. Develop and refresh Business Continuity plans, including BIA and strategy testing. This role serves the Risk & Security function at Battistolli, a leader in Italian security services with 6,500 employees across 70 branches. The position requires a law degree and relevant risk management experience, with full-time hours in Vicenza.
