Job Summary
Senior Associate in JPMorgan Chase's Special Credits Group: Lead and mentor the team, generate/analyze/manage reports to support the workout process, and coordinate resolution with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Ensure regulatory compliance, risk management, and QC/QA adherence while driving process improvements and operational excellence. Role emphasizes leadership, problem-solving, and a collaborative, research-focused approach to complex problem credit management in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in commercial collections, problem credit management, or business loan processing
- Strong leadership skills with track record of taking initiative, driving results, and owning outcomes in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of credit philosophy, policies, procedures, loan documentation, SBA, and collections litigation
- Ability to review and understand complex loan structures and business loan documentation
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
- Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to compliance and risk management
- Working knowledge of the Bank's products, services, policies/procedures and ability to follow policies/procedures
