Job Summary
Senior Product Associate within the MRGR COO team, responsible for defining product requirements, creating specifications, documenting features and user stories, conducting testing and usability studies, maintaining product documentation, tracking timelines, mitigating risks, and collaborating with tech/UI teams to ensure budgeted and prioritized delivery of GENAI/LLM tools; requires close collaboration with model risk stakeholders and technology partners and a focus on governance, validation, inventory governance, and reporting in model risk management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of experience in the financial services or fin-tech industry
- 3+ years of Product Management / Development experience with AI and Machine Learning applications
- Expertise in Generative AI, including Large Language Models (LLMs) prompt design and fine-tuning techniques
