Risk Management - Risk Reporting Associate

Job Summary
As part of Reputation Risk Reporting & Middle Office, the Associate monitors data quality, produces risk-management reports for senior management, and supports control framework and process improvements across technology and governance teams. Responsibilities include ownership of recurring and ad hoc reporting, data aggregation/analysis, enforcing data quality controls, conducting UAT for infrastructure initiatives, documenting operating procedures, and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues. Skills include building scalable solutions with tools like Alteryx and Tableau, strong Excel proficiency, and clear written/verbal communication to senior leadership. The role offers exposure to Reputation Risk principles, governance frameworks, and cross-functional collaboration across Technology and other stakeholders to improve transparency and reduce manual effort.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in reporting, financial analytics, or related roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related quantitative discipline
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and make continuous progress toward meeting business objectives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to summarize information and present clearly and confidently to senior management
- Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating in teams and communicating across departments
