Job Summary
Risk Decision Product Lead responsible for leading complex risk-management initiatives, defining product roadmaps and features, and partnering across Risk, business, architecture, and technology to deliver a unified product landscape. Role involves preparing executive-level updates, building dashboards and reports, managing epics, user stories, and requirements within an Agile framework, and leveraging tools like Jira, SharePoint, Confluence, Power Apps, and Power Automate to support processes and documentation. Requires strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to drive initiatives from inception through delivery in a financial services context. Location: Wilmington, DE (US).
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in financial services
- Experience managing complex initiatives across multiple work streams
- Strong understanding of, or experience with Agile development
- Experience authoring business requirements and defining user stories in Agile
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Stakeholder management at a senior level
- Proficiency with Jira for backlog management
- Power Apps and Power Automate experience (preferred)
- SharePoint and Confluence experience (preferred)
- Experience delivering executive-level product updates and metrics
