Job Summary
Vice-President in Risk Architecture leads cross-functional initiatives to enhance Risk Management capabilities, defines product initiatives for new features and enhancements, and partners with Risk Product, Risk Policy, and other business teams to build the roadmap. You will define project plans and requirements for risk-process integration, produce clear vision and scope documentation, develop epics/features/use cases, track business-case metrics, prepare executive-level production updates and dashboards, and present progress to senior leadership. Proficiency with Jira, SharePoint, and Confluence, plus strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, are required to deliver risk management solutions within an Agile delivery model.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in financial services
- Manage complex, multi‐workstream initiatives with varying timelines, priorities, and complexities
- Apply Agile practices and frameworks, defining detailed project plan timelines, and working with Product and Technology teams to deliver defined solutions
- Author business requirements, define user stories, and drive execution by coordinating cross‐functional teams within an Agile delivery model
- Ability to review technical system architecture solution intent documents to understand data flows across systems
- Communicate with clarity as a structured thinker, demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Operate with high self‐motivation, build strong relationships, influence peers with diverse viewpoints, and foster consensus
- Maintain composure under pressure and perform effectively during periods of ambiguity
- Lead senior‐level stakeholder management and present metrics and progress appropriately to executive audiences
- Utilize Jira to manage backlogs and documentation; leverage SharePoint and Confluence as needed
