Job Summary
Risk Architecture - Model Delivery Product Manager, Vice President, responsible for owning the product backlog for consumer banking models and bridging Technology, Modeling, and Risk Strategy teams to deliver measurable customer value. Lead agile execution, maintain Jira hygiene, and guide cross-functional initiatives to align innovation with regulatory excellence. Partners with Technology, Modeling, and Risk Criteria teams to translate analytics into actionable features, influence priorities, and deliver production-ready, compliant solutions. Role involves transforming complex analytical models into production-ready solutions that protect and empower millions of customers, with a focus on leadership, stakeholder communication, and driving outcomes under regulatory deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Business Management, or comparable field
- 10+ years in business/technology architecture, product management, or related domains with proven technical achievement
- Proven leadership in driving cross-functional initiatives, influencing senior leadership, and driving measurable business outcomes
- Experience defining requirements for complex, global organizations with multiple personas and lines of business
- Ability to interpret big data and traditional model programming languages including Python, Scala, AWS and Databricks
- Hands-on experience with agile teams using Jira
- Track record of managing multiple initiatives to completion under rigorous, concurrent regulatory deadlines
