Job Summary
Risk Management - Risk Architecture Associate executes and manages the business testing function within the Risk Execution and Strategy team, partnering with technology groups, business partners, project analysts/managers, and external vendors to plan and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include formulating test approaches and plans, detailing dependencies and risks, executing business scenarios in the UAT environment, updating testing artifacts, reconciling results across tests, and driving process improvements to increase efficiency. The role requires ensuring testing readiness and milestones with the UAT Manager/Lead, guiding quality testing practices across products, and applying experience with Large Language Models integration into testing processes. Strong communication with project stakeholders and the ability to manage timelines under pressure are essential. Preferred qualifications include experience with mainframe screens, risk processing, and understanding credit card lifecycles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience
- 3 plus years of experience in manual testing
- Experience in JIRA process
- Microsoft Office
- Confluence
- qTest tool
- Writing and executing queries in SQL
- Knowledge in Unix operating system
- Experience with Agile and waterfall software development methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
- Proven ability to collaborate and build partnerships
- Intellectual curiosity and initiative
