Senior Real Estate Appraiser in the Valuation Services Group delivering high-quality appraisals for multifamily and mixed-use properties, interviewing market participants, analyzing subject properties, meeting service deadlines, applying USPAP/FIRREA-compliant methodologies, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure credible appraisal reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college
- State Certified General Appraiser License
- At least 3 years of experience appraising multifamily residential, mixed-use, or commercial properties
- Strong analytical, business writing, and oral communication skills
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Computer/technology knowledge as well as a proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook (Microsoft Office Suite)
- In-depth knowledge of local real estate market trends and neighborhoods
- Commitment to ongoing development of market knowledge and awareness of national real estate trends
