Job Summary
Product Owner (Associate) within JPMorgan Chase's Risk Management - Wholesale Credit Risk Product Team. The role centers on gathering and writing user stories and acceptance criteria, overseeing UAT, supporting adoption of new features, collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders, integrating usability studies and market analysis into requirements, contributing to roadmap prioritization, and ensuring features are implemented per specifications and released on schedule. Requires a Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years in product management/development, strong communication, organizational skills, collaboration, initiative, and the ability to work under pressure; preferred experience includes financial services domain knowledge and CSP/CSM certification.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in Product Management, Product Development, or related capacity
- Strong, clear, and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships
- Intellectual curiosity with a proven ability to learn quickly
- High degree of initiative, self-direction, and ability to work well under pressure
- Experience within large financial services firms and basic level of domain knowledge in Credit Risk
- Experience working with Technology and UX Design colleagues and discussing technical designs
- Certified Agile Practitioner (CSP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
