Job Summary
Product Manager for Risk Management (Vice President level) leads strategy, discovery, and delivery of wholesale credit risk products. Partners with technology, UX, analytics, and AI/ML teams to translate business needs into a clear product vision and roadmaps, guides agile delivery, defines success metrics, and ensures features ship to specification. Drives governance, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to reduce friction and improve decision-making across the firm. Responsibilities include leading discovery, market research, stakeholder alignment, prioritization, release management within an agile model, and delivering demonstrations and executive-level communications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7 years of relevant experience in product management, product development, or a related role
- Proficiency in process re-engineering or similar process improvement methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including drafting and editing executive-level communications
- Demonstrated ability to lead, build consensus, and deliver in a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
- Proven ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships across functions
- Intellectual curiosity, initiative, and ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using data analysis and metrics to drive product decisions
- Strong problem-solving and project management skills
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional products, programs, or projects with multiple stakeholders
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Agile Practitioner (CSP)
