Job Summary
Conduct client due diligence and lead credit decision-making for sports and entertainment portfolios by evaluating transactions, building financial models, and structuring financings. Maintain forward-looking risk assessments through ongoing monitoring, portfolio reviews, and quarterly presentations to senior management. Negotiate credit legal documentation, ensure accurate risk ratings, and support analyst development while partnering with middle office teams to maintain system data integrity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 7 years plus of commercial or investment banking lending experience, including extensive credit analysis, structuring, and marketing
- Strong understanding of financial products, corporate finance, financial modeling, and market dynamics
- Advanced knowledge of financial statements and accounting
- Experience with credit agreement documentation
- Knowledge of derivative products and related documentation, including ISDA and CSA

Desired Qualifications
- MBA or Chartered Financial Analyst designation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
