Job Summary
Risk Management - Legal and Regulatory Change Management Senior Governance Project Associate will lead end-to-end execution and governance for regulatory-change initiatives within JPMorgan Chase’s RM&C portfolio. The role focuses on coordinating planning, tracking, and closure of workstreams, developing and maintaining project plans, managing risks (RAID log), and delivering management-ready materials and status reporting. You will partner with cross-functional teams including OLO, LRCM, RM&C, Technology, Operations, and Internal Audit to align priorities, facilitate decisions, and drive adoption through training and communications. The position emphasizes governance program delivery, measurement of outcomes via KPIs and dashboards, and contribution to the PMO Center of Excellence by standardizing templates and sharing best practices. A senior, strategic leader with strong executive presence, stakeholder management, and analytical capabilities is expected to drive continuous improvement and business value realization within financial services regulatory change programs.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with governance programs related to laws, rules, and regulations
- Strong program management and stakeholder relationship management skills
- Cross-functional collaboration experience (OLO, LRCM, RM&C, Technology, Operations, Internal Audit)
- Ability to develop management-ready materials, dashboards, and KPIs
- Experience in risk management and compliance within financial services
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Alteryx) a plus
- Experience contributing to design or implementation of GenAI solutions for business process improvement or risk use cases is a plus
- Analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to conduct gap analyses
