Job Summary
Lead all aspects of credit relationships for a Commercial and Specialized Industries Asset Based Lending portfolio, including credit analysis, financial modeling and coordinating credit approvals for loans, derivatives, leases and cash management. Proactively support and enhance client relationships, assign and assess internal ratings and risk mitigation strategies, and monitor covenant compliance. Provide leadership in structuring and negotiating Credit Agreements and amendments, manage collateral monitoring and field exams, and communicate with senior management and cross-functional teams. Train and mentor junior team members. Requires strong knowledge of capital markets, financing structures, derivatives and cash management products, and excellent communication skills; Bachelor's degree preferred with 6+ years of relevant risk/ABL experience.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of capital markets, financing structures, derivatives and cash management products
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Risk and Asset Based financing knowledge strongly preferred
