Job Summary
Associate on DCGM team driving change processes supporting Wholesale Credit Risk. Execute a repeatable strategy for change request execution, manage priorities via planning and clear stakeholder communication, monitor progress and provide status updates, analyze changes in JIRA, improve impact assessments, partner with Finance on retrospectives, manage release plans and run books, and ensure sign-offs. Requires 3+ years of Change Management/Project Management with Agile in software PM, ability to collaborate across global time zones, and strong communication. Proficient in MS Office; preferred experience in Finance/Banking, knowledge of TCP, Derivatives, and Securities; PMP or Six Sigma certification.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Change Management / Project Management and Agile experience in a software project management environment
- Experience in implementation and executing change operating model
- Confident person with good judgment and poise to enable interaction/influencing stakeholders
- Have a collaborative style, be flexible, be a team player and have an ability to partner with other team members across global time zones on team deliverables
- Effective and confident communicator in order to deal with a diverse range of employees and clients and be able to succeed in a demanding and fast paced environment
- Highly energetic self-starter with a focus on obtaining results
- Ability to multi-task, work under tight deadlines, and quickly adjust to changing priorities
- Capability to work both independently with strong follow through and adapt to team environment
- Proficient in MS Office suite of products (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
- Experience in Finance and or Banking industries
- Knowledge in various asset classes covering TCP, Derivatives and Securities
- PMP or Six Sigma
- Experience in data visualization software including Tableau or Alteryx
- Credit or Market Risk experience
