Job Summary
Risk Management - Credit Risk Business Manager – Vice President leads the CB Risk Business Management team, tracking headcount and expenses, supporting location strategy, and preparing materials for executive meetings. Responsible for coordinating budget/resource planning, organizing complex information for strategic reporting, using BI tools to drive process efficiencies, and preparing communications for internal forums. Partners with the Planning & Analysis team to track forecast/actuals versus plan and articulates variance drivers across the portfolio. Handles ad-hoc queries, supports departmental initiatives, and provides guidance to two Associates. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least seven years of experience in business management, operations, or consulting, with strong PowerPoint/Excel skills, presentation ability, and excellent written/oral communication. Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented with strong organizational and project-management capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related area
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Business Management, Operations, or Consulting
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail with logical thought process
- Ability to work collaboratively and develop strong partnerships with multiple levels of employees
