Job Summary
Risk Management Coordinator to join Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville’s Risk Management team. Responsibilities include coordinating department activities across the Risk Management program, facilitating RCA, FMEA, and Collaborative Culture of Safety initiatives, investigating and reporting General Liability, Property, and other claims, conducting risk assessments with leadership to implement loss-prevention strategies, analyzing occurrence data to identify opportunities for risk reduction, researching best practices to enhance patient safety and quality of care, providing team member education in collaboration with Risk Managers, managing special projects related to risk management and regulatory compliance, and participating in hospital and health system committees such as PSIC, Environment of Care, and Emergency Management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science (non-nursing) (required)
- 3-5 Years Risk Management Experience (required)
- 3-5 Years Experience working in healthcare setting (required)
- Master's Degree in a related field (preferred)
