Job Summary

Risk Management Coordinator responsible for supporting the Risk Management Department in insurance claims handling, general liability litigation support (pleadings, discovery, settlements), review of tenant leases and vendor contracts for tender opportunities, and COI tracking. Tasks include maintaining electronic files and Excel spreadsheets, developing risk management procedures, and collaborating with vendors and internal teams on large litigation matters and property losses. Requires understanding of insurance and litigation, strong organizational skills, the ability to manage a high volume of work with attention to detail, and professional written and verbal communication to present the company well in all customer interactions. Hybrid work arrangement is available (in-office for part of the week with remote optional for the balance). EOEO.

Required Qualifications

  • Insurance and/or litigation experience
  • Solid time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook; familiarity with AI tools is a bonus
