Risk Management & Compliance Vice President, Emerging Capabilities

Job Summary
As a Vice President in the Risk Management & Compliance Emerging Capabilities team, lead discovery, evaluation, and adoption of innovative data analytics and automation tools (e.g., cloud analytics, BI, workflow automation, AI copilots). Drive value through scalable adoption, stakeholder engagement, and change management; own product roadmaps and prioritization with vendors and internal teams; define success metrics and deliver training to non-technical audiences; provide consulting to balance business requirements, risk, and cost of ownership; formalize best practices in partnership with development teams; collaborate with AI Enablement to align strategy and operating model; enable pilot programs from proof-of-concept to rollout across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in automation, analytics, AI, or adjacent product/enablement roles with a track record of driving tool adoption at scale
- Experience with Databricks, Sigma, Microsoft Power Platform, Pega, Tableau, Alteryx and/or UiPath
- Experience implementing, evaluating, or managing cloud-based and SaaS platforms with deployment, integration, and security considerations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including executive storytelling and translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Hands-on experience assessing emerging automation tools including proof-of-concept development and technical due diligence
- Cross-functional leadership to align stakeholders, technology, solution, and UX teams
- Strong organizational and project management skills to run evaluations, pilots, and rollouts
- Define product vision, influence prioritization with vendors and internal teams, manage multi-quarter roadmaps, and establish product success metrics
