Job Summary
Risk Management & Compliance – Business Management & AI Enablement Associate supports AI Enablement and governance for the RM&C portfolio, collaborates with AI Enablement and data science teams to design and deliver workshops, create high-quality presentations and reports for executive stakeholders, and drives AI initiatives while providing business management support through ad-hoc requests, project management, and process improvements. The role requires strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to articulate design decisions, with a focus on governance, benefit tracking, and aligning initiatives to business goals, as well as familiarity with AI technologies and delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Prior experience in Business Management , Program Management or a COO role
- Proven ability to deliver timely, high-quality presentations and reports for various projects and stakeholders
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
- MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables) proficiency
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in risk management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications

- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in risk management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in AI/ML technology delivery is a plus
