Job Summary
Executive Director, Hedge Funds Credit Risk for the Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) Risk Management team at JPMorgan Chase. Manage exposure to North American hedge funds and other alternative managers across investment strategies; assess credit risk, set credit risk appetite for client lending, trading, clearing, prime brokerage and custody activities; serve as Credit Officer and primary coverage for those relationships. Responsibilities include due diligence and financial analysis, approving trading activity and margin requirements, communicating credit exposure across trading products, overseeing legal negotiations, mentoring junior staff, driving group-wide efficiency projects, and collaborating with Sales & Trading, Prime Brokerage, Investor Client Management, Treasury & Security Services, Legal, and other coverage teams. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 9+ years in financial services with credit/market risk experience, knowledge of hedge funds/asset managers, strong financial product knowledge, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint/Word skills.

- Credit/Market risk experience required
- Knowledge of Hedge Fund and/or Asset Manager Industry
- Strong understanding of financial products and market dynamics
- Strong accounting and corporate finance skills
- Strong interest in client interaction and possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a demanding environment
- Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
