Job Summary
Vice President leading SBA credit risk teams within Chase Business Banking Risk; manage SBA credit officers, assess SBA risk appetite across industries and locations, conduct thorough credit risk analysis and recommend protective structures; ensure compliance with SBA SOP and regulatory requirements; lead talent development and recruitment; collaborate with domestic and global peers, represent JPMorgan in external risk discussions; drive changes to risk policies and procedures to maintain strong risk controls.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10 years of business credit risk experience
- Proven leadership and talent development skills
- Experience in risk assessment, regulatory management, and procedure development
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
