Lead Credit Officer in Asset Based Lending responsible for managing ABL client portfolios, performing financial due diligence (financial and liquidity modeling, field exams, appraisals, and legal diligence), leading ABL credit structuring and negotiations, and partnering with Bankers and Credit partners to support risk-adjusted growth. Requires 5+ years in commercial banking/credit risk with ABL knowledge and a Bachelor's degree; strong communication, analytical, and relationship-management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial banking, credit risk, portfolio management with Asset Based Lending financing knowledge
- Strong understanding of capital markets, financing structures, derivatives and cash management products
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to think critically and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and relationship development skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
