Job Summary
Associate in the Credit Risk Controller & Analytics team delivering comprehensive, timely data on wholesale credit risk to senior stakeholders. Responsible for producing quarterly risk updates for the CFO, supporting CRO and risk committees, and contributing to Board and external disclosures. Leverages AI tools to analyze the wholesale credit portfolio and distill key themes, while building subject matter expertise in portfolios such as Non-bank Financial Institutions, Private Credit, and Commercial Real Estate. Collaborates with Risk and Finance leadership on internal and external reporting agendas and drives data quality initiatives to ensure executive-level accountability and clarity in communications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 4+ years of experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Thoughtspot, Databricks, Alteryx)
- Comfortable working with large datasets and producing executive-level content
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with attention to detail and a focus on quality of deliverables
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to work within a team
- High initiative and problem-solving mindset
- Strong interest in financial markets and macroeconomic trends
