Job Summary
Associate in RM&C Business Resiliency leading planning and execution of resiliency initiatives to ensure continuity of critical operations. Responsibilities include advising on BR plans, coordinating resiliency testing, overseeing compliance with standards and regulatory requirements, facilitating crisis management activities, assessing effectiveness of resiliency assumptions, conducting quality control of resiliency plans, and maintaining resiliency data for metrics reporting. Requires collaboration across teams, strong analytical and communication skills, and a track record of driving governance and control improvements in a fast-paced regulatory environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of professional experience in controls management, project & stakeholder management, and project management; prior experience in business resiliency is an advantage
- Proactive and self-motivated professional with strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with data analytics tools such as Alteryx and Tableau is an advantage
- Collaborative and able to build relationships across teams; able to deliver results autonomously
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Controls Management, Project & Stakeholder Management, Project Management
- Experience in Business Resiliency is an advantage
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with data analytics tools such as Alteryx and Tableau is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in fast-paced environments
- Experience collaborating within regulatory, compliance, and operational frameworks
- Track record of leading strategic initiatives to reinforce governance and strengthen control frameworks
- Agile and adaptable mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
