Job Summary
Risk Management Analyst partners with business units and external stakeholders to anticipate, identify, understand and manage key operational risks. Performs monitoring and testing in support of the Bank’s Risk Management System, analyzes results, drafts reports, and recommends corrective actions. Assists with regulatory reviews of processes and third-party/internal products to identify regulatory risks and controls. Builds technical understanding of risk systems, maintains data integrity, and collaborates to provide dashboards and visualizations that highlight risk metrics. Supports system upgrades, onboarding and ongoing access management, and may assist in regulatory examinations. Strong written/verbal communication, data analysis, and organizational skills are required; training and cross-functional collaboration are emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business-related field
- 2-4 years’ experience supporting Risk Management initiatives
- Proficient written and verbal communication
- Strong data analysis and reporting and data visualization skills
- Knowledge of banking laws and regulations
- Proficient technical writing skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under time pressure
- Experience with risk monitoring and testing or compliance-related tasks
- Experience with system access management and onboarding
- Ability to train new users
