Job Summary
Oversee the risk management framework for Parsons’ Tabuk NEOM mega-projects, leading the implementation of the Project Risk Management Plan, facilitating risk workshops with project managers and stakeholders, maintaining the Risk Register, performing qualitative and quantitative analyses (including Monte Carlo where applicable), developing and tracking mitigation actions, and preparing risk dashboards for senior leadership. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering/construction management/arts-psychology and a Masters in Business Administration or related discipline, at least 4 years of direct project risk management experience in a NEOM context, proficiency with risk software (e.g., Primavera Risk Analysis, @RISK, ARM), and fluency in English and Arabic; the candidate should demonstrate strong communication, facilitation, critical thinking, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams on a high-profile mega-project site.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Arts/Psychology
- Masters in Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 4 years of direct experience in project risk management
- Experience navigating NEOM project ecosystem within Tabuk region
- Proficiency in risk management software (e.g., Primavera Risk Analysis, @RISK, or Active Risk Manager)
- Languages: English and Arabic fluency
- Soft skills: communication, facilitation, critical thinking, cross-functional influence
