Job Summary
Conduct risk management projects covering operational, compliance, credit, and market risk areas within the Cincinnati market. Attend formal training classes, actively participate in community involvement projects, and build a network of resources within the risk division. Create and present a formal PowerPoint summary to senior leadership, ensuring all work meets established safety procedures and applicable deadlines. This 11-week paid program offers rising seniors enrolled in relevant majors the chance to develop skills for permanent roles, with housing assistance available to eligible participants.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college or university pursuing a degree in Insurance/Risk Management, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Humanities – Psychology, Criminal Justice, Sociology, Pre-Law (or other relevant major)
- Must be a rising senior
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment based immigration sponsorship now or in the future
Desired Qualifications
- Campus involvement/leadership experience preferred
- Relevant internship/co-op experience preferred
- Ability to complete both guided and self-directed learning activities
- Strong communicator and developer of interpersonal connections
