Job Summary
Conduct internal audits and risk assessments, identify risks, root causes, and translate findings into actionable improvements. Support colleagues in implementing recommendations and optimizing processes to align with risk appetite, strategy, and regulations. Test the effectiveness of internal control frameworks and provide advice on enhancing processes, controls, or documentation. Translate analyses into clear insights and reports for management and stakeholders. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to lead projects and achieve sustainable improvements. This role requires 5-8 years of experience and a WO degree, with a salary range of €4,445 to €6,200. Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years experience in a comparable role, preferably within a large accounting firm or similar environment
- WO education completed, supplemented with RO, RA, RE or RC
- Good command of Dutch and English languages
- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact easily with various stakeholders
- Ability to conduct internal audits and risk assessments
- Ability to identify risks, root causes, and translate them into concrete, workable improvements
- Ability to track risks and ensure alignment with risk appetite, strategy, and legislation
- Ability to test the effectiveness of internal control frameworks
