Job Summary
Establish and maintain ISO 45001 standards across all operations, serving as the primary technical authority for managers on health and safety matters. Conduct thorough investigations of workplace incidents, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions while ensuring full compliance with legislative requirements and codes of practice. Maintain current fire legislation knowledge, oversee inspections of fire protection facilities, and organize external audits to drive completion of identified actions. Manage the site Fire Alarm System, prepare comprehensive fire investigation reports, and deliver monthly risk assessments to senior management. Fluent in English and German, this senior profile requires minimum five years of experience in an industrial setting.
Required Qualifications
- Senior position for a senior profile (minimum 5 years of experience as H&S Manager)
- Previous experience in an industrial company
- Fluent in English and in German (mandatory)
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of performance
