Risk Execution Manager

Job Summary
Risk Execution Manager responsible for ensuring execution of risk management activities and requirements (business, regulatory and market conduct) and embedding risk prevention/mitigation frameworks to prevent breaches and losses while maintaining client experience. Provides ongoing view of risk profiles, coordinates incident management, risk reporting and DOAs, and supports Business Continuity Plan updates. Coaches CHNW market teams on risk and compliance and conducts control validation and effectiveness assessments to monitor risk and compliance. Requires a First Degree in Business Commerce and 3-4 years of experience in operational risk, compliance and/or audits, with deep knowledge in CHNW value chain and risk remediation, plus change management experience in large rollouts. Strong ability to communicate findings, trends, gaps and recommendations to stakeholders within agreed turnaround times; adherence to policy standards and incident management processes.
Required Qualifications
- First Degree in Business Commerce
- 3 - 4 years experience
- Experience in operational risk, compliance and/or audits.
- Experience within CHNW understanding the value chain and/or the business.
- Deep knowledge of operational risk and compliance matters as well as risk remediation.
- Experience in change management within large rollouts and initiatives.
