Job Summary
Manage the Fuel Card program, including ordering, replacing, and troubleshooting cards while issuing fuel pins. Handle toll transponder management, reporting violations to HR and Divisions, and ensuring vehicle insurance compliance. Oversee fleet vehicle registrations, auxiliary equipment ordering, and state transfers for tax purposes. Maintain Risk Department recordkeeping for claims, accidents, and trend tracking while validating driver enrollments and MVR monitoring. Prepare comprehensive reports for First Report of Injury submissions and review dashcam video for safety issues. Process state-specific MVR forms, assign driver training, and consult with HR on new hire eligibility. Use AI tools to review commercial insurance documents against VSC requirements. Work independently with cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks and communicate via phone, email, and video.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to multi-task and manage time to prioritize tasks
- Demonstrated attention to detail for recordkeeping and compliance
- Must be people-oriented with the ability to work cross functionally with field employees
- Ability to work efficiently in MS Office Suite, specifically Excel
- Ability to communicate well via phone, email and video conferencing
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team
- Exceptional customer service and organizational skills
- Must be able to work 1 day a week remote
- Must be able to work in an in office position
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred knowledge of fleet and/or transportation-related principles
- Knowledge of auto, workers' compensation, and other commercial business insurance policies
