Job Summary
Conduct annual loss control safety inspections and attend member safety committee meetings for Comp Alliance members. Perform routine training programs and produce occasional safety articles while communicating regarding workplace injuries and safety programs. Identify safety hazards and recommend improvements, utilizing computer programs to report hazards and generate recommendation letters. Decipher workers' compensation injury reports and work with Underwriting, Claims, and Marketing teams. Deliver training on various topics using PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams for virtual sessions. Maintain high confidentiality and manage time independently with good telephone and video demeanor.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum education – High School Diploma
- Proficient with MS Office Suite
- Exceptional telephone and video demeanor
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to travel freely by car, including occasional overnight
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in a business or financial related discipline
