Job Summary
Consult with clients on strategies for identifying hazards, evaluating existing controls and coordinating the delivery of Risk Control services to assist them in reducing or preventing losses. Analyze losses to identify trends and ensure the comprehensive plan addresses loss leaders while being delivered using the appropriate resources. Negotiate and manage client expectations to balance service and cost. Influence clients to commit to the service plan and implement recommendations. Build and maintain productive relationships with underwriting, brokers, claims, and Risk Control teams; write technically detailed reports that communicate risk assessments and clear recommendations. Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication, collaboration, and critical thinking to deliver effective risk control support to national accounts. Requires a Bachelor's degree (Graduate degree preferred), three years of experience in safety/risk control or related fields, and relevant certifications; valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications

- Certification to meet state-specific requirements where applicable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Insurance industry acumen
- Graduate degree in related field (preferred)
