Job Summary
Risk Control Expert responsible for identifying and assessing risk for crypto wealth products, building a comprehensive risk control framework, conducting due diligence on DeFi protocols, developing and maintaining risk monitoring models (VaR, stress testing, drawdown controls), monitoring on-chain activity for manipulation risks, and coordinating incident response and post-mortems. Requires experience with on-chain analytics tools (Etherscan, Dune, Nansen), Python/SQL, and strong communication in English and Chinese.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields
- 5+ years of risk control experience in financial institutions or crypto asset firms
- at least 3 years directly involving structured wealth products
- Strong understanding of mainstream crypto yield product rules and DeFi protocol design mechanisms
- Proficient with on-chain analytics tools (Etherscan / Dune / Nansen) and market risk quantification tools (VaR / Greeks / Monte Carlo)
- Python/SQL for data analysis
- Strong risk awareness and decision-making in volatile markets
- Excellent written and verbal communication in Chinese and English
- Nice to Have: FRM, CFA, or equivalent risk/finance certifications
- Hands-on risk control experience with crypto wealth products
