Job Summary
Create analytics to identify trends and implement risk mitigating strategies to support the reduction of operational risk exposures. Administer the organization's database to enhance claim reporting, track property exposures, and aggregate insurer data. Handle RMIS development to maintain up-to-date global property portfolio collaborations. Identify key operational risk indicators and communicate findings to stakeholders to facilitate initiatives related to life, data, and asset protection. Perform extensive risk assessments and due diligence on M&A transactions, communicating findings to Corporate Development and developing recommendations to minimize acquired liabilities. Consult on supplier insurance language guidelines for US, UK, and EU regions by collaborating with Legal, Global Procurement, and other teams. Conduct PowerPoint presentations related to insurance programs and acceptable contract terms for OpCo Legal teams. Advise on RM's annual Insurance Budget, providing analysis and forecasts of year-end expenditures for multiple lines of coverage. Conduct Opco exposure analysis and renewal surveys, implementing solutions by facilitating timely completion of captives annual audits and regulatory filings.

- Advises on RM's annual Insurance Budget for Risk Managers' sign off
- Conducts Opco exposure analysis and renewal surveys
- Facilitates timely completion of each captives annual audit/ regulatory filings
