Job Summary
Provide risk control consultation and evaluation services to support the selection and retention of new and renewal commercial multi-line business. Prepare reports, analyze data, and identify injury and loss trends to assist underwriting and insured management in making informed business decisions. Deliver ongoing technical support to policyholders regarding safety, health, and regulatory compliance requirements. Assist segment partners in meeting objectives outlined in local and regional operating plans while remaining current on industry trends and emerging exposures. Maintain a solid understanding of AmTrust's mission, vision, and values to uphold organizational standards.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of insurance industry experience in Workers' Compensation and/or other commercial lines of business, including knowledge of associated exposures, controls, and loss prevention strategies
- Extremely organized self-starter with strong technical, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organization, planning, project management, and time management skills
- Ability to influence and motivate internal and external stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- Risk control experience preferred, particularly in Workers' Compensation, property, liability, and fleet operations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Professional designations such as CIH, CSP, ARM, or other applicable designation preferred
