Risk Control Account Executive - Construction

Engage with underwriting to drive corporate strategies for the Business Unit and attend industry events, broker summits, or account meetings. Optimize distribution engagement by strengthening relationships with agents and brokers to provide customer solutions. Operate as the key Risk Control account executive, managing the full suite of consulting services and engagement methods for assigned accounts. Work with field leaders to leverage resources for delivering risk assessments and consulting services. Develop global account strategies to positively impact loss ratios, new business goals, and retention requirements to achieve profitability targets. Support the BU with technical expertise to ensure ongoing organizational learning and advancement of key Risk Control areas. Review and direct the evaluation and assessment of large, complex risks or risks with significant exposures, applying policies, guidelines, insurance laws, and regulations to drive the resolution of critical cost driver issues. Present capability, stewardship, and other presentations as needed to discuss account management, services, or offerings. Maintain business relationships with internal and external partners, actively shaping new industry relationships. Requires 10+ years of risk control experience, 20-40% travel, and a Bachelor's degree (Masters preferred).
