Job Summary
Develop and oversee delivery of Risk Control services to assigned accounts country-wide, maintaining a consistent field presence with 20% to 50% of time onsite while managing account budgets and responding to customer needs. Consult with clients on hazard identification strategies, analyze loss trends to address loss leaders, and negotiate expectations to balance service and cost. Build productive relationships with underwriting, brokers, claim, and service teams while writing technically detailed reports that communicate risk assessments and recommendations. Requires five years of experience in safety or risk control, valid driver's license, and relevant certifications such as ASP or CSP.

- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
