Job Summary
Graduate Risk Consulting role supporting Risk Management Consulting projects in Bogotá and Medellín. You will work on topics such as Business continuity (risk assessments), Crisis management (operational disruptions, response and continuity plans), Technology recovery, and Organizational resilience. You will lead meetings with multiple teams, analyze and develop strategic plans, forecasting and follow-up, and support senior consultants on projects. You will develop training sessions, diagnostics, and reports using Excel and Power BI, leveraging AI to propose faster, more competitive solutions. The role offers mentorship, an Individual Development Plan, and opportunities to engage with international teams, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring presence in local offices or with clients at least three days a week and a team meeting in person at least one day per week.
Required Qualifications
- New graduate or bachelor's degree with graduation no more than 4 years in Engineering, Economics, Administration or related careers
- Internship experience or no more than 4 years, preferably as a risk consulting
- Strong communication skills; English fluency; high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel Advanced, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Power BI and IA (AI)
- Ability to work in teams and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of business continuity, crisis management, technology recovery and organizational resilience
