Job Summary
Evaluate client and assignment acceptance requests, linking findings to risks and advising on next steps for the compliance officer. Update and develop the SIRA framework, translating outcomes into process improvements and management measures. Maintain policies, guidelines, and workflows related to risk, compliance, and legal standards. Ensure the quality management system functions effectively, including independence and monitoring aspects. Collaborate with business support, operations, and the board to increase organizational compliance awareness through practical advice and training. Support external audits and inquiries from regulators as a project manager. This role focuses on continuous improvement of legal, risk, and compliance processes within Joanknecht's business service division in Eindhoven.
Required Qualifications
- Een afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld in de richting van rechten, bestuurskunde, bedrijfskunde, finance of accountancy.
- Minimaal 3 jaar relevante werkervaring in compliance, risk, governance, legal of een vergelijkbare functie, bij voorkeur binnen de zakelijke dienstverlening.
- Affiniteit met compliance, risicobeheersing en procesinrichting.
Desired Qualifications
- Ervaring met onderwerpen zoals cliëntacceptatie, SIRA of kwaliteitsmanagement is een pré.
