Risk & Compliance Specialist

Risk & Compliance Specialist to perform regulatory assessment on the Third-Party Due Diligence landscape, collaborate with Law Departments and Procurement, and support strengthening the compliance program to ensure regulatory alignment. Responsibilities include third-party due diligence (AML/ABC, sanctions), follow-ups with business owners and stakeholders to implement action plans, conducting due diligence for new and existing suppliers, periodic regulatory reviews, maintaining relationships with Legal, and providing regulatory guidance on red flags. The role also covers risk mitigation activities, coordinating with global risk functions, and supporting external audits and regulatory agencies as needed. Requires knowledge of sanctions, AML/ABC, ethics, and supplier due diligence; advanced English; and ability to operate within a global, matrix organization. Travel is not indicated as a requirement.
