Job Summary
Manage project scope, timelines, costs, and risks across Risk, Compliance, and Cybersecurity initiatives using InterSystems tools like JIRA, MS Project, and Atlassian Confluence. Identify opportunities to apply AI-enabled solutions for improved planning, reporting, and stakeholder communications while adhering to governance and change control processes. Produce regular management updates, lead lessons learned activities, and facilitate planning sessions to ensure efficient delivery of interdepartmental projects. Provide best practices to team members and support third-party partners to maintain focus on operational efficiency and team goals.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with InterSystems tools (AI tools, MS Project, MS Office, Atlassian JIRA and Confluence)
- Knowledge of InterSystems project and change management principles
- Ability to manage project scope, timeline, costs, resources, risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies
- Experience leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and technologies for project planning, reporting, risk analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communications
- Ability to identify opportunities to apply AI-enabled solutions to compliance, cybersecurity, risk management, and project management processes
- Experience managing and maintaining a strong change control process
- Ability to lead planning sessions to facilitate production of plans and deliverables
- Ability to provide advice and best practices to project team members
- Experience managing the completion of tasks, including those of third party partners according to timeline
- Focus on efficiency while managing project time and costs/resources
- Ability to work proactively and collaboratively with other team members to achieve team goals
- Experience driving compliance and cybersecurity initiatives across an organization
- Experience managing projects in Risk and Compliance and Cybersecurity teams
