Risk & Compliance Project Manager

Lead and manage cross-functional Risk, Compliance, Cybersecurity, and Clinical Safety initiatives. Drive project success by defining scope, timelines, costs, risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies; leverage AI tools to enhance planning, reporting, risk analysis, and documentation; identify opportunities to apply AI-enabled solutions in compliance and risk processes while ensuring alignment with policies and regulatory obligations. Ensure governance, change control, and stakeholder communications are integrated with regular project reports and management updates. Create and maintain schedules using InterSystems tools, MS Project, MS Office, Jira, and Confluence; lead lessons learned and apply improvements to new initiatives. Promote data-driven decision making and operational efficiency, coordinate with interdepartmental teams, and provide guidance to project teams toward achieving objectives while maintaining a culture of success and learning.
