Job Summary
Risk Compliance Manager at Edgewood Tahoe Resort responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing safety and regulatory compliance programs across a luxury hospitality property. Key duties include building and auditing safety policies, conducting inspections and risk assessments of facilities, investigating incidents and preparing reports, ensuring emergency preparedness, maintaining OSHA compliance and workers’ compensation processes, liaising with government agencies and internal legal teams, maintaining compliance documentation, leading safety training, and partnering with department heads to foster a culture of safety and regulatory adherence across resort operations.
Required Qualifications
- OSHA 10-hour certification required. OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a safety/compliance role, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
