Job Summary
Senior Risk & Compliance Director leading enterprise risk assessment, governance, and compliance across JLL. Drives risk management program development, regulatory adherence, incident escalation, and audit coordination; collaborates with leadership to identify material risks, ensure policy and ethics compliance, and advance controls across foundational, service delivery, and leadership areas. Partners with cross-functional teams and client-facing stakeholders to safeguard financial integrity and reputation; oversees MSAs, change control, risk forums, training, and governance reporting. Strong leadership and communication with executive management, regulators, and external auditors are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Risk Management, Law, or related field
- Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in risk and compliance
- Strong problem solving and decision making abilities
- Ability to communicate and engage at all levels of executive management
- Experience with regulators, external auditors, and governing boards
- Policy drafting and relationship skills
- Legal and commercial real estate industries experience a plus
