Job Summary
Senior Risk & Compliance Assurance Manager leading Capital on Tap's monitoring plan in a fast-growing fintech. Own the monitoring framework, design thematic reviews and control tests, and coordinate across UK Compliance, Financial Crime, and US Compliance. Independently test first-line controls, produce actionable recommendations for the Risk Committee and partner banks, and ensure quality and governance of reviews. Role emphasizes leadership in risk-based planning, reporting, and cross-team coordination with a pragmatic, risk-based approach; expects strong analytical and written communication, and a background in FCA-regulated environments with expertise in regulatory compliance, financial crime, and assurance. Hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days per week in the London office, and a culture-focused benefits package.
