Job Summary
RCCE Manager in Ituri province leading the IRC RCCE program amid Ebola response; responsible for rapid program start-up and operation, daily supervision and technical support to RCCE staff and community engagement teams, budget and procurement plan alignment, and reporting. Provide technical leadership to ensure high-quality RCCE implementation aligned with IRC, national and donor standards; develop, adapt, translate and disseminate risk communication materials in local languages; coordinate with health, protection, MEAL, and stakeholders; ensure community feedback mechanisms, rumor management, and innovative community engagement; supervise field officers and volunteer teams; coordinate with partners and authorities to deliver timely, protected, and ethical RCCE activities; contribute to program development, strategy, and proposal development in collaboration with the RCCE Coordinator and sector leads; ensure adherence to protection, risk communication, and IPC policies; participate in trainings and information sessions related to the Ebola response. Qualifications include a Public Health or related Licence, with a Master preferred; 4-5 years of RCCE/engagement experience in humanitarian or epidemic contexts; strong supervision, budgeting, reporting, and intercultural collaboration skills; fluency in French and local languages is highly desirable, English an asset.

- Licence en Santé Publique, Promotion de la Santé, Sciences Sociales et Comportementales, Communication, Travail Social, Psychologie, Anthropologie, Sociologie, Éducation ou dans un domaine connexe; Master de préférence.
